🌸Fresh Starts and Steady Practice🌸
Hello Students!
May is a time of growth and renewal—flowers bloom, the days are longer, and many of us feel a little more energized. It’s the perfect time to commit (or recommit!) to your English goals.
It’s a busy and meaningful month in the U.S., full of family celebrations and important national holidays:
👩👧👦 Mother’s Day – Sunday, May 11, 2025
On this day, Americans honor mothers and mother figures by giving cards, flowers, or spending quality time together. It’s a time to show appreciation for all the love and care moms give year-round.❤️🙏
🎓 Graduation Season
May is also graduation month! Students across the country finish their studies and celebrate their hard work. It’s a time of achievement, reflection, and new beginnings.
🏅Memorial Day – Monday, May 26, 2025
Memorial Day is a national holiday to remember and honor U.S. military personnel who died in service. Many families visit cemeteries or memorials, and it also marks the unofficial start of summer with parades, barbecues, and outdoor activities.
