This document outlines the key policies, expectations, and guidelines for the 1:1 Coaching program. It is designed to clearly explain how the coaching works so you can begin with confidence.
Program Overview
· Live 1:1 coaching sessions focused on pronunciation, fluency, and clear communication
· Sessions are delivered online
· Coaching access period: 120 days from the start date
Scheduling & Access
· Coaching sessions are booked in advance using the appointment booking system
· Sessions are subject to availability
· Students are responsible for scheduling and attending sessions within the 120-day access period
· Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the access period
· All sessions are scheduled in Central Time (U.S.) unless otherwise noted
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
· Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice
· Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as a used session
· Missed sessions (no-shows) are considered used and cannot be rescheduled
· Repeated late cancellations may result in limited booking access
Refund Policy
· Due to the personalized nature of 1:1 coaching, all sales are final
· No refunds are provided for used or unused sessions
· No refunds are available once coaching access has begun
Technology Requirements
· Students are responsible for having a stable internet connection, working audio, and video (when applicable)
· Sessions missed or disrupted due to technical issues on the student’s side may be considered used
· It is recommended to test your technology before each session
Session Recordings
· Coaching sessions may be recorded upon request
· Recordings are provided for personal review only
· Recordings may not be shared, distributed, or published
· Not all sessions are automatically recorded
Communication Between Sessions
· Students have access to a private chat feature for coaching-related questions between sessions
· Chat support is intended for clarification and guidance, not full coaching sessions
· Messages are typically answered within 1–2 business days
Coaching Expectations
· Coaching is interactive and requires active participation
· Consistent practice outside of sessions is essential for progress
· Results vary by individual and are not guaranteed
· Coaching is educational and does not replace speech therapy or medical services
Code of Conduct
· Respectful communication is expected at all times
· Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated
· Coaching access may be terminated without refund if conduct guidelines are violated
